Meet the Team
Todd Winship
Co-Founder and CEO
Todd Winship is an accomplished business leader with over 25 years of experience in leading innovation to global financial institutions. He has implemented banking solutions in over 600 financial institutions in more than 100 countries and is a recognized thought leader and speaker on the impacts of data, analytics, and AI in the banking sector. Previously, he served as the Global Product Director, Data & Analytics at Temenos, the leading global provider of banking software.
Before his tenure at Temenos, Todd was the Founder and CEO of Primisyn, a company that provided business intelligence and analytics solutions to Canadian financial institutions. Primisyn was acquired by Temenos in 2011.
Rayce Rossum
Co-Founder and CTO
Rayce Rossum is a leading AI and software engineer with over 12 years of experience in delivering innovative software solutions across financial services and global public health. As a former Senior AI Engineer at Temenos, Rayce has implemented numerous AI solutions for major banks, including Canadian Western Bank and UBS. A pioneer in Generative AI technologies, he introduced groundbreaking AI innovations to global banks in 2023.
Rayce holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Calgary and a Masters Degree in Data Science from the University of British Columbia. He oversees all aspects of platform and AI application development, as well as AI technology strategy.
