About ComplyPilot

The Role
We’re hiring a Full-Stack Developer to help build the next generation of AI driven banking technologies. You’ll develop secure, scalable applications that banks and credit unions rely on every day — with the chance to shape technology, product, and engineering practices in a high-growth startup.
What You’ll Do
- Build AI-powered fintech applications with React, Python, and AWS
- Develop intelligent LLM-driven chat and automation workflows
- Design scalable, multi-tenant systems and secure user management
- Deploy and maintain production-grade applications
Skills We’re Looking For
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Material-UI, REST APIs, responsive design
- Backend: Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, authentication/authorization
- General: Git, Docker, AWS (S3, Lambda, RDS), testing practices
- Nice to Have: LangChain, vector databases, serverless, fintech or banking experience
Experience
- 3+ years full-stack development
- Track record building production web applications
- Comfortable across frontend and backend
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

Eligibility Requirements
Due to government funding requirements, applicants for this position must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada.
Compensation
Salary Range: CA$80,000 – CA$110,000 (depending on experience and skills)
Equity: Meaningful stock option grant — you’ll share in the growth and success of yPilot as we scale
